E J Robison

Ellie Jackson “E.J.” Robison, 83, of Brock passed away Sunday evening March 27, 2011 in the Weatherford Hospital. He was born April 23, 1927 in Millsap and was a life long resident of Parker County. He was an enjoyable man that was loved, respected and appreciated by all. E.J. was an agriculturalist, an avid fisherman and a member of Brock Baptist Church.  He was the very best Dad his children could ask for that loved his family dearly; especially his sweet wife who he grieved his last breath for.  EJ was preceded in death by the love of his life, his beloved wife, Betty, in 2005, his parents, and siblings, Dora Mae Anderson, Edna Aparicio, Mary Gluck, Marvin Lee, Melvin, Homer and Albert Robison. Survivors: Daughter, Peggy Grimes and husband Joe Don of Crowley; sons, Robert Robison and wife Nora of Aledo, Jimmy Robison and wife Vickie of Newberry and Douglas Robison and wife Sara of Brock; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. 

Funeral service: 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in the Brock Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in Brock cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
