William Earl Langford

  William Earl Langford, 47, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009, in the local hospital. Willie was born December 31, 1961 in Weatherford, where he was a life long resident. He was a heavy equipment operator for Parker County, Pct. 3 and a member of the First Baptist Church of Dennis. Willie loved hunting, fishing, baseball, softball and was a jack of all trades.

  Survivors: wife, Marnita Langford of Weatherford; sons, Randy Langford and fiancé, Kelli Dommert of Weatherford, and Justin Langford of Weatherford; father, Horace Langford, Jr. of Weatherford; sisters, Judy Flanagin and husband, Jay of Weatherford, and Marion Marrs and husband, Larry of Weatherford; brother, Horace Langford III and wife, Kristy of Ponder; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

  Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Saturday, in the Dennis First Baptist Church. Interment in Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements. 

  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dennis First Baptist building fund.
