William "Craig" Atherton

 William "Craig" Atherton passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, just two days before his 86th birthday. The details of his obituary will be shared in the comings days.

 Craig’s journey will be remembered and celebrated through a series of services that honor his memory and the mark he left on the community. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, located at 913 N Elm St, Weatherford, Texas 76086.

 A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy, Weatherford, Texas 76088. Later that day, a memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Central Christian Church, 1602 South Main Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
