William "Billy" C. Francis

William "Billy" C. Francis, age 65, passed away at his home in Waco, Monday, January 8, 2018. Billy was born December 10, 1952 in Weatherford, TX to Billy and Mary Francis. He was an active member of the community and spent several years coaching his sons peewee football teams and his daughter's softball teams. 

Billy is survived by his son, Parker Francis and wife Susan of Waco; daughter, Courtney Nelson and husband Ian of Dallas; son, Conner Francis and wife Lorrel of Houston; grandsons, Lane Francis and Benjamin Nelson. He is also survived by his father, Billy Ralph Francis of Weatherford; and sisters, Pamela Hall of Weatherford and Mary Francis-Hinson of Shelton, Washington. 

Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Gina Francis and mother, Mary Francis. 

Memorial Service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
