Vonda King, 72, of Weatherford, died Monday, January 29, 2007 in a local nursing center. Born August 23, 1934, in Provo, Utah, she was a homemaker, a loving mother, and grandmother. Vonda was a former house mother in a home for abused and neglected children in Cullman, Alabama and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ LDS.
She was preceded in death by a son, Blake Fincher.
She is survived by her daughter, Shanna Cirelli of Arlington; sons, Richard Fincher of Weatherford and Tony Fincher of Houston; five grandchildren, Christina Rosales, Emily Fincher, Carter Fincher, Tony Fincher, Jr., and Bobbie Marie Fincher; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending with Cullman Heritage Funeral Home in Cullman, Alabama. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of local arrangements.
