Vera Ann White

  Vera Ann White, 70, of Kennedale, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 8, 2015, with her family by her side. She entered this life on August 14, 1945, in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Vera was a devoted member of the Assembly of God, a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, playing marbles, and spending time with her grandchildren that she loved with all her heart.

  Vera is survived by her sons, John O’Bryant, Robert O’Bryant, and James Calabrese, Jr; her brother, Vernon White; grandchildren, Nichole Anne O’Bryant and Brandon Wesley O’Bryant.

  Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, James Wesley Calabrese; parents, Roger L. Patterson and Annie White; and her sister, Shirley Christie.

  Graveside service 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 13, 2015, at East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Pastor Gerald Waite will officiate.
