Vanessa Ann Burkhead

  Vanessa Ann Burkhead, age 53, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024. Born on October 23, 1970, in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, to her loving parents, Graham Inskip and Patricia (Statham) Inskip, Vanessa was an exceptional individual who dedicated herself to helping others with their problems, always ready to offer a helping hand.

  She found joy in her career in the real estate industry as a talented sales director with a keen eye for decorating. Vanessa's passion for her work shone through in everything she did. 

  Vanessa leaves behind her cherished husband, Curtis Scott Burkhead of Weatherford, Texas; daughter, Haley Burkhead; grandson, Theo Jimenez; parents, Graham and Patricia Inskip; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin Inskip and Melanie Evans; brother, Raymond Inskip; and a host of other family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence.

  A memorial service to honor and celebrate Vanessa's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, in Weatherford, Texas. 

  May her memory continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
