Vada Mae Lisenbee

  Vada Mae Lisenbee, 85, of Granbury, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2006. She was a retired nurse. 

  Funeral service: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial:  Memory Gardens cemetery. Visitation from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Vada Mae was born September 4, 1920, in Hamlin, Texas, to Clyde and Mary Etta Benham.

  Mrs. Lisenbee was preceded in death by her husband, R.P; sister, Myrte Evatt; and brother, Stanley Benham. 

  She is survived by a daughter, Melinda Kay Duncan of Rockwall; three sons, Michael Lisenbee of Granbury, Timothy Lisenbee of Jayton, Texas, and Anthony Lisenbee of Weatherford; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; two sisters, Vera Proffitt of Little Rock, Arkansas and Marie Maddox of Brock; and three brothers, Gailard Benham of Weatherford, Ellis Benham of Bridgeport, and Kenneth Benham of Spring Branch, Texas.
