Travis Newcomb, 21, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2008. Travis was born June 20, 1986 in Weatherford. He was a lifelong resident of this area.
Travis was a member of South Side Baptist Church, attended Peaster Schools, and enjoyed Baseball. Travis was a special soul who brought joy to everyone he met. He left us all too soon.
Survivors include his mother, LaDeena Hanson; brothers, Eddie and Jason Newcomb and Patrick and Scotty Hanson; sister, Angela Guevara; Granmama, Joyce Turney; uncle, Don Don Manning; cousins, Cody Ogle, David Ogle, Brian Ogle, Mark Ogle, and Wesley Gaston; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Southside Baptist Church. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Burial at Zion Hill Cemetery.
