Timothy Coy Smith

  Timothy Coy Smith, 61, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday evening, February 4, 2021, in Decatur, Texas.

  Committal Service: 3:00 p.m., on Monday, February 8, 2021, at Squaw Creek Cemetery, in Glen Rose, Texas, with military rites.

  Timothy was born August 6, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Bobby Coy and Sandra Mae Smith. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He married Nancy Rand and together had three children, Katy, Kenny, and Chris.

  Survivors include his wife, Nancy; his children, Katy, Kenny and wife, Courtney, and Chris and wife, Danielle; his grandchildren, John, Jenna, Riot, Aspen, Caden, and Kinsley; his sister, Terri and husband, Bobby Greenway; and his father, Bobby and wife, Sherry Smith.

  Timothy was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Mae Smith, in 2012.
