Thomas Edward Lackey, 61, of Weatherford, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2007, in Fort Worth. He was born on June 30, 1946, to J.C. and Willie B. Lackey, in Stephenville, Texas. Thomas was a resident of Parker County, a Sheriff Posse member, and the owner of Texas Auto Salvage.
His parents precede him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Lackey of Weatherford; sons, Thomas Dwayne Lackey of Weatherford, and Dale Everrett Lackey of Weatherford; sisters, Patricia Ann Bonham of Burleson, and Brenda Pollard of Arlington; and six grandchildren: five boys and one baby girl.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Lingleville East Cemetery, near Stephenville. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Monday.
