Thomas Christopher Newton

Thomas Christopher Newton, 37, of Weatherford, passed away November 22, 2016. He was born May 1, 1979, in Detroit, Michigan. He was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church and an Eagle Scout. Thomas was a security guard; He also volunteered for the Texas State Guard working hurricanes including Katrina and was a trained self-defense course instructor. Thomas will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his fiancé, Evelyn Hernandez; children, Xander Newton and Katelynn Newton; parents, Christopher and Corine Newton; sister, Sharon Fisch and husband Jason; Jadian and Gabriel Fisch brother, Douglas Newton and wife Margaret; Michal , Clayton , Stella and Eloise Newton; and many friends.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 1 p.m., Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Weatherford.
