Tammy Renee' Meeks

  Tammy Renee’ Meeks, age 45, of Springtown, ended her courageous battle with cancer on  December 12, 2010, at her residence. Born December 6, 1965 in Fort Worth, Texas, a resident of Lipan Springtown for several years, she was a member of the Outreach of Love Church in Weatherford. Tammy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.  

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Meeks and a daughter, Lindsey Meeks. 

  Survivors: daughters, Kendra Meeks of Springtown, and Christian Meeks of Springtown; sons, Chandler Meeks of Springtown, and Josh Meeks and wife, Heather of Springtown; parents, Edwin and Audette Lothridge of Weatherford; sister, Shonda Wylie and husband, Mike of Springtown; brother, Glenn Lothridge and wife, Marie of Abilene; two grandchildren, Madison and Ally; and a number of nieces and nephew.

  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 15, 2010, in the Outreach of Love Church in Springtown, with interment in Azleland Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, at the funeral home.
