Tabitha D. Morris

Tabitha D. Morris, 43, departed from this life on Thursday, December 28, 2023. Tabitha was born November 20, 1980, in Weatherford, Texas to David Jones and Vicki (Vanderpool) Elkins. She will be remembered for her love for her family, her compassionate spirit and desire to be helpful, the music and dad jokes she enjoyed, as well as being an avid Cowboy fan.

Tabitha was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lyle and Christine Vanderpool.

Tabitha is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Morris of Fort Worth, Texas; son, Nickolas Walden; daughter, Cassie Sandoval; son and daughter-in-law, Zack and Shelby Walden; son, Cortlin Woods; son, Josh Morris; eight grandchildren, Jourinee, Serenity, Wilder, Alice, Mason, Wrenlee, Matthew, and Cortlin. Additional survivors include her father and wife, David Jones and Robin Martin; mother and husband, Vicki Lynn and John Elkins; sister and husband, Heather Jones and Dan March; brother and wife, David Ray and Distiny Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm St, Weatherford, Texas 76086.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at East Greenwood Cemetery, in Weatherford.
