Sunny Jo McDougal, 77, of Weatherford, formerly of Ruidoso, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010, in a Weatherford hospital. Sunny was born August 12, 1932, in Venus, Texas, to Joe and Louise Merideth. She was a retired medical office assistant and a member of Gateway Church of Christ in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Sunny loved her church, her friends, and above all her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband of 25 years, Perry Walker; and a brother, Rex Merideth.
Survivors include her husband, Mac McDougal of Ruidoso, New Mexico; son, Terry Walker and wife, Barbara of Anthony, New Mexico; daughters, Vickie Eoff and husband, Larry of Early, Texas; and Sheryl Kelley and husband, Jim of Weatherford; grandchildren, Travis, Stephanie, Stacy, Nicki, Sunni, Perry, and Heather; and seven great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday June 19, 2010, in Hillcrest Cemetery, Uvalde, Texas.
