 Stewart Wesley Carlton, age 72, passed peacefully from this life on Friday, December 12, 2025. He was born on April 9, 1953, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Capt. George Carlton and Joanna Miller. 

 Stewart had a profound appreciation for classic American culture and craftsmanship. His passion for Corvettes led him to co-found the Parker County Corvette Club. He was also an enthusiast of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, enjoyed classic westerns, and was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team, alongside his admiration for the music of earlier eras. Throughout his career, Stewart dedicated himself to various roles, including auto detailer, delivery driver, and service advisor, always bringing a sense of pride and commitment to his work. 

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Capt. George Carlton and Joanna Miller; his sister, Marlene Carlton; and his brother, Richard Carlton. 

 Stewart is survived by his son, Paul Stewart Carlton; his daughter, Amy Eller; six beloved grandchildren, Caleb, Colton, Katherine, Justin, Tristian, and Zane; and two cherished great-granddaughters, Ophelia and Kairi. 

 A memorial service will be held in April of 2026, with the service time to be announced; Stewart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
