Stephen Lee Duncan was born on November 9, 1956, in Greenville, South Carolina, and went home to live with Jesus on October 18, 2025.
Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Kim Duncan of Frisco, Texas; his three children, Stevie, Chloe, and Christopher; his mother, Joyce Hinckley; his sister, Mandy McAtee; sisters-in-law, Di Wright and Tracey Darnell; brother-in-law, Chuck Darnell; nieces, Courtney Harrison and husband, Dave Harrison, and Lisa Darnell; nephew, Corey Darnell; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Duncan; stepfather, “Poppy” Ed Hinckley; and brother-in-law, Rayfield "Big Cat" Wright.
Stephen was a beautiful force to be reckoned with—first and foremost as a worshipper of Jesus. He enjoyed being part of the worship band David’s Heart and loved playing guitar. He released the frequency of heaven every time he worshipped.
As a holistic naturopathic doctor, he was so beloved by his patients that they refused to let him retire. At the age of 68, he still had patients coming to see him from all over the world.
In conclusion, his role as husband was unmatched, as he was totally committed to ensuring his wife discovered her God-given potential. Without a doubt, he was a champion of the healing power of love and forgiveness. Stephen was a lover of our Lord Jesus Christ, and everyone who met him knew it.
