Born December 29, 1954 in Huntington, West Virginia, he was a resident of Parker County for the past four years. Keith was an Op Tech for Wise County Power Plant, a member of Yada Eloheim Fellowship, and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Survivors: wife, Carol Maynard of Weatherford, Texas; daughters, Amanda Cook of New Hampshire and Monica Anderson of Weatherford, Texas; son, Dalton Maynard of Weatherford, Texas; parents, Tennis and Flora Maynard of Deland, Florida; sister, Joni Beth Maynard of Deland, Florida; brother, Wesley Maynard of Kissimmee, Florida; and two grandchildren, Alexis Cook and Jackson Anderson.
Funeral: Saturday, December 9, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in West Virginia. Visitation: Friday, December 8, 2006, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
