Skippy Ray Mallory

Skippy Ray Mallory, 76, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Skip was born August 26, 1949 in Mineral Wells, Texas to William Melvin and Dorothy Preston Mallory. He proudly served his country as a Marine and became a proud Vietnam Veteran. He worked for the family business, Mel's Automotive Repair, as a maintenance man and mechanic. He was a security guard at one time. Skip enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing softball.

Skip is survived by his daughter, Amanda Morgan; brother, Billy Mallory and wife Kay; grandchildren, Taylor Morgan, Jaclyn Morgan, and, Cooper Morgan; as well as his nephew, Scott Aaron Mallory. In addition to his parents, Skip was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria and his nephew, William Chad Mallory.

Graveside Service 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 10, 2026 at Brad Cemetery in Palo Pinto County.
