Silas Wayne Kemp departed from this life, January 26, 2024. He was born June 6, 1941. Silas was preceded in death by his father, V. Edmon Kemp, and mother, Lavada Fenner Kemp; brother, Charlie Robert; half-brother, V. Edmon Kemp, Jr.; and half-sister, Billie Louise Bedford.
He was a Vietnam combat Veteran who served his country faithfully.
Silas is survived by sisters, Jimmie Lee Cornelson and Dixie V. Trent; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
