Sharon Ann Ellis-Shaw

  Sharon Ann Ellis-Shaw, 74, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in a local nursing facility. Sharon was born February 15, 1942 in El Paso, Texas to Lloyd and Winona McClenny Ellis. She was a retired school teacher’s aide for Weatherford and Denton ISD. Sharon was devoted to her grandchildren and she loved to garden. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  

  Survivors: husband of 53 years, John Shaw, of Weatherford; son, Michael Lloyd Shaw and wife, Heather Hampton and children, Jacquline, Vanessa and Adam; daughters: Ronda Lynn Causey and husband, Bryan and children, Amber, Dustin, Justin, Andy and Katie; Robin Ellis and children, Jason, Amber and Darrin; Melissa Ann Shaw and husband, Eddie Brooks and children, JD, David, Delitha, Donna, Daniel, and Samuel; sister, Karon Richardson and husband, Dale; and 14 great grandchildren.

  Memorial service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with Rev. Cris Powell officiating.
