Sandra Dee Goodin, age 65, of Fort Worth, Texas, entered into eternal rest on September 19, 2025. She was born on November 6, 1959, in Kermit, Texas, to Wanda and Martin Dean Goodin. Sandra enjoyed cheerleading in junior high and explored artistic expression in various mediums including drawing and painting. Whether it was recreational, lifeguarding, or competitively, she thoroughly enjoyed swimming in senior high and graduated from South Garland High School in 1978.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Martin Dean Goodin, and by her beloved companion, Danny Mills.
She is survived by her loving mother, Wanda Oldner; her devoted sister, Sheryl Pollard and husband, Steve; and her children: Heather Dawn Fitzcharles and companion, Dre Johnson; Summer Dawn Neill and husband, Charles; and Robert Lee Watson, Jr. Sandra was a proud grandmother to Christian Fitzcharles and wife, Tricia; Micahla Fitzcharles and companion, Kaleb Andrew; Cameron Fitzcharles and wife, Liberty, as well as Alli, Brayden, Liam, and Cason Watson, Annabelle, Marshall, and Kyle Neill. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Eli, Ezra, Eden, Maverick, and Isla Fitzcharles, as well as Casher Andrew and newest addition, Greyson Fitzcharles. Sandra will be remembered for her love of music. She enjoyed entertaining friends and hosting gatherings, especially football when the Dallas Cowboys were playing. Her smile and laughter were contagious, and she lived with a fun-loving and compassionate spirit.
Above all, Sandra had a deep love for the Lord, which was evident in the way she shared His love with others. Her faith, kindness, and joyful heart will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sandra’s birthday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Agnes Baptist Church, 350 Agnes North, Springtown, Texas 76082. In honor of Sandra, all who attend are encouraged to wear her favorite color, green.
