Russell Allen Williams

  Russell Allen Williams, of Weatherford, Texas, was born January 16, 1957, to Pat and Bill Williams, and departed this life on January 14, 2026, just two days shy of his 69th birthday.

  He is survived by his son, Mark Williams and wife, Shianne and his grandsons, Rhett and Heath of Weatherford; his brothers, Ronnie Williams and wife, Jaynie of Peaster, and Rocky Williams and wife, Maurielle of Peaster; his sister, Ralonna Fitzgerald of Lipan; and two daughters, Alana Williams and Patsy Williams; and a large extended family, including many great-great nieces and nephews.

  Russell spent many years in the construction business prior to suffering a stroke in 2017. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and trapping. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Holland Lake Rehabilitation and Wellness Center and Valor Hospice for their excellent and compassionate care of Russell over the last several years.

  Visitation will be at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm, Weatherford, Texas, on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by the service at the same location at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Troy Strickland, of FBC Lipan, officiating. Burial will be at Dilbeck Cemetery following the service.
