Roxie Ann Morgan, 81, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at a Fort Worth hospital. Roxie was born January 6, 1928, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to James and Sarah Hudson. She was a waitress, homemaker, and member of the Church of Christ.
Her husband, P.L. Morgan; son, Johnny Morgan; and daughter, Melva Ann Morgan precede her in death.
Roxie is survived by daughter, Carolynn Lummus of San Antonio; son, James Morgan and wife, Veronica of Weatherford; sisters, Bonnie Douglas of Cold Spring and Imogene Barnes of Belton; brother, Jim Hudman of Stephenville; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, at Fairview Cemetery, with Minister Ray White officiating.
