Robert E. Prindle

Robert E. Prindle, 80, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday morning, June 27, 2017, at his home surrounded by his children.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Burial will follow at Everman Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 P.M., Friday evening, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Robert was born on March 8, 1937 in Fort Worth to Robert and Thelma Prindle. He retired from Lockheed Martin as a Drafting Engineer. In recent years, he enjoyed playing pool with his friends at the Weatherford Senior Center. Most of all, Robert will be remembered for being a loyal and dedicated husband, father, and employee.

Robert is survived by his children, Terry Prindle, Cathy (David) Procter, Richard Prindle, Caron (Dean) Throne, Debbie Eddleman, and Lee (Courtney) Franklin; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one sister and two brothers.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy.
