Ricky Ray Newkirk

 Ricky Ray Newkirk, age 71, peacefully departed from this life on February 19, 2026. He was born on November 8, 1954, in Weatherford, Texas, to the late Ray Newkirk, Jr. and Joyce (Chenault) Newkirk.

 Ricky honorably served his country in the United States Navy, after which he dedicated himself to a career as an over-the-road truck driver. He had a passion for supporting the Dallas Cowboys, fishing and spending time with family and friends. 

 He is survived by his beloved daughter, Alisha, and his two grandsons, Cody and Dax, who were a source of immense joy to him. He is also survived by his sisters, Susie Hansard and her husband, Jerry, and Ellen Rogers, along with numerous other loving relatives. 

 In remembrance of Ricky, no services are scheduled at this time. He will be placed at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
