Richard Jack Lamb

  Richard Jack Lamb, 86, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022. He was born January 29, 1936, in Goldsboro, Texas, to George Allen and Beulah Bellew Lamb. Richard was a machinist for Lockheed Martin and retired after 30 years. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, a Korean War veteran; serving in the U.S. Army and Air Force. Richard was a life member and past Post Commander of the VFW Post 4746. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and being a grandpa. 

  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives, Barbara Lamb and Jean Lamb; siblings, Doyle "Bud" Lamb, Mandy Dobbs, and Billy Jane Demoines; and grandson, Tyler Lamb.

  Richard is survived by his sons, Richard A. Lamb and fiancé, Tina McBride Price, Jerry Lamb and wife, Karry, and Carl Lamb and wife, Christina; sisters, Sarah Wallace and Delta Buford; grandchildren, Dustin Lamb, Brittany Cash and husband, Ryan, Brandi Sanford and husband, Joey, Jackie Crosby and husband, Ronnie, Catherine Dawson, Hollie Medrano and husband, Brandon, Crysta Lamb, Cayde-Jack Lamb, and Carly Jo Smithwick and husband, Chris; great grandchildren, Holden, Miley, Weldon, Meyer, and Von Cash, Justice and Judge Sanford, Tristin and Dakota Crosby, Breydon and Tatum, Raygan Brown, Johnathyn Derek Paul and Kayson Waylon Lamb.

  A visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m., on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Beulah Baptist Church, with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Poe Prairie Cemetery in Millsap.
