Retta Ellen Stults, 99, of Weatherford, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2008, in the local hospital. Mrs. Stults was born January 19, 1909, in Snyder, Texas, to Sidney and Ellen Moulder. She was a retired nurse and a faithful member of the Church of God.
Mrs. Stults was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Robert Stults; two sisters, Ophelia Stults and Maybelle Morgan; and her husband of almost 50 years, John M. Stults.
She is survived by her daughters, Neoma Patterson of Weatherford, Texas and Bertha Laws and husband, John of Mineral Wells, Texas; son, Fred Stults and wife, Peggy of Graford, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with burial at East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Monday, at the funeral home. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
