Rebecca Lea Williams, 64, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Born on December 4, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas, Rebecca was the beloved daughter of the late Abie Reed and Beulah Jane (Adair) Reed.
She achieved her Associate's degree and dedicated her talents as a meticulous bookkeeper, serving with devotion at the Church of God Southwest Indian Ministries in Manuelito, New Mexico. A faithful member of the Church of God, headquartered in Cleveland, Tennessee, Rebecca's spirit led her to embark on a six-year missionary journey, spreading love and compassion among the Navajo Nation.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Rebecca found immense joy in her roles as a grandmother and a creator of sweet memories. She cherished every moment spent with her four grandchildren, delighting in baking cookies together and sharing laughter-filled adventures. Rebecca's adventurous spirit found solace in travel, her creative soul flourished through sewing, and her heart found peace in the study and discussion of the Word of God.
Rebecca is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 32 years, Clayton Edward Williams, of Fort Worth, Texas; her loving daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Aaron Fricke, and Tiffany and Jeremiah Jim; and her adored grandchildren, Elena, Savannah, AJ, and Everly.
A heartfelt funeral ceremony honoring Rebecca's life will take place at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, February 26, 2024, at the Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel, in Willow Park, Texas, followed by interment at Annetta Cemetery.
