Philip Wilson Tatum, 69, passed away December 31, 2016. He was born May 18, 1947, to Wilson and June Barber Tatum, in Fort Worth. Philip was a Navy veteran; serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Masons and was a Shriner.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Matthews Tatum; sons, Chad Tatum and wife Jeni, Matt Tatum and wife Deanna; step-daughters, Christy Whitenton and husband John, Sheri IIams and husband Devon; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Ratliff, Debbie Burch, Suzanne Kelley; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 am, Thursday, January 5 at Fairview Cemetery in Millsap.
