Philip Steven Layne

  Philip Steven Layne, age 21, died on Thursday, March 22, 2012, at his mother’s residence. He was born March 31, 1990, in Lihue Kauai, Hawaii, and had been residing in Parker County with his mother for the past several years. Philip was a cutter, student and attended Weatherford College, member of the Horseman for Christ and the National Cutting Horse Association. 

  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Gene Bondello, and an uncle, Philip Bondello.  

  Philip is survived by his mother, Susan Layne of Weatherford; father, Steve Layne and step mother, Lisabeth Layne of Hawaii; grandparents, Howard and Elizabeth Layne of San Fernando, California; aunt, Linda Layne; uncle, Larry Layne; cousins, Fletcher Wilson and Jasper Wilson.

Memorial service: 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2012, in the Tabernacle of Praise, in Benbrook.
