Opal Fay Allingham, 88, of Weatherford, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2007, in a local nursing facility. Opal Fay was born February 28, 1916, in Roaring Springs, Texas, to Burt and Myrtle William Duncan. She was a homemaker, a resident of Weatherford for 20 years, and she was one of thirteen children.
Her husband, Crawford Allingham preceded her in death.
Survivors: sister, Bonnie Poe; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 2, 2007, at Bethel Cemetery.
