Myrna Pearl O'Boyle

  Myrna Pearl O’Boyle, age 85, of Aledo, died on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at her residence. She was born May 25, 1926 in Stephenville, Texas. Myrna was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

  Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mayme Morton; brother, Billy Morton; sisters, Starr Hopkins and Fern Mayhew; and her grandson, Michael Kirk. 

  She is survived by her husband, Robert P. O’Boyle of Aledo; daughter, Gunda Kirk and Marsha White of Fort Worth; sons, Jimmy and wife, Angie Kirk, Jackie and wife, Brenda Kirk, and Kenneth and wife, Mary Kirk, all of Odessa; sister, Linda Gaskill of Weatherford; brothers, Norman Morton of Weatherford, Jack Morton of Granbury and James (Chipper) and wife, Janie of Houston; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
 
  Graveside service: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2011, in the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, at the funeral home.

  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
