Mike Chenault

  Mike Chenault, 63, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, May 31, 2010. Mike was born May 4, 1947, in Santo, Texas, to Ethel and Noah S. Chenault. Following high school graduation Mike joined and served eight years in the Texas National Guard. Mr. Chenault was a Police officer for 38 years primarily in North Richland Hills and in Parker County. Mike enjoyed camping, fishing and arrowhead hunting with is family, he also was a Golden Glove light weight champion.   

  Survivors include sons, Brandon Chenault and wife, Rakisha, and Michael Stover and wife, Robin; daughter, Rachel Chenault; brother, Pat Chenault; and four grandchildren, Holt and Haden Chenault and Caleb and Nicholas Stover.  

  A funeral service will be held in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, Thursday, at 10:00 a.m.  

  Burial will be in Hill Cemetery near Lipan. Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
