  Mary M. Baker Carrier, age 88, died Friday, February 4, 2011, in a local hospital. She was born November 16, 1922, to B.F. and Delilah A. Taylor Baker, in Dallas, Texas. Mary served in the WAC during World War II.

  She leaves behind her sisters, Eunice DeLuca of Weatherford and Evelyn Watson of Flower Mound; brothers, John E. Baker and wife, Barbara of Brookings, Oregon and Arthur L. Baker of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Jean Baker; son-in-law, Richard Rowland of Arlington; grandchildren: Brandy McCoy, Neal Rowland, and Jase Rowland; great-grandchildren: Colby, Carson, and Brooks McCoy, the children of Brandy, and Lew Mason and Madison Rowland, the children of Jase Sydney Rowland, the daughter of Neal.

  Graveside services were held on Thursday, February 10, 2011, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, with the Neal Rowland officiating.
