Mary Ann Ross

  Mary Ann Ross, 95, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in Weatherford.

  Graveside service: 1:00 p.m., Saturday in Annetta Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

  Mary Ann Ross was born May 30, 1922, in Hanna, Oklahoma, daughter of the late William Henry and Mabel Laura Dennis Blatchford. She made her career as a home healthcare nurse and retired at the age of 75 after many years of dedicated service. In her spare time, Mary loved to dance – to a variety of music and different dance steps. She was a member of the Baptist church.

  Mary was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe Stephens, Paul Griffith, and Bill Ross; sister, Mildred McDaniels; and brothers, James, Henry, and Tom Blatchford.

  Survivors: children, Joe Ann Pipes of Weatherford, Billie Dean Stephens of Weatherford, Larry Gene Stephens of Bridgeport, and Ronald Earl Stephens; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren with two more on the way; sister, Amelia Harriet Jennings of Lancaster, California; brother, Bobby Joe Blatchford of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and a host of loving friends.
