Marva Jane Doshier

  Marva Jane Doshier, 82, of Brock, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Born May 28, 1942, in Blooming Grove, Texas, she was a resident of Brock for 43 years.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Doshier, of 58 years.

  Survivors: granddaughters, Tera and her husband, Justin Beall of Arlington, and Jessi, of California; great granddaughter, Taylor Beall; niece, Debra and her husband, Roy Beard, of Paradise; great nieces and nephews; and her adoring friend, Della Carr.

  She was also preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Barbara, Billye and Naomie.

  Janie was a dedicated wife who proudly and lovingly stood toe-to-toe with her husband on the farm. Her favorite pastime was watching her beloved Texas Longhorns.

  A viewing will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm St., Weatherford, Texas 76086.

  Service will be held at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Following will be her burial at Brock Cemetery.
