Martha "Marty" Frisbie Mack

  Martha "Marty" Frisbie Mack, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away at the age of 80 on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Born on September 7, 1946, in Sayre, Oklahoma, Marty was the cherished daughter of J.A. and Addie Brewer Frisbie.

  A devoted homemaker and founding member of the Rock of Helps Church, Marty was known for her kindness and vibrant spirit. Her love for music was evident as she skillfully played the piano during church services, bringing joy to those around her. Marty found true happiness in painting, sharing meals with family and friends, and caring for her beloved pets.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Wesley Mack; and her siblings, Ann Jackson and Bobby Frisbie.

  Marty leaves behind her sister, Linda Davis and her husband, Ronnie. She will also be deeply missed by her nieces, Debra Greenway and her husband James, Darla Criswell and her husband Phil, Kimberly Dow and her husband Bryan, and Rhonda Mason and her husband Thomas; nephew, Deryll Jackson; six great nieces and four great nephews; two great-great nieces and two great-great nephews; and a wide circle of friends.

  An informal visitation and celebration of life is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford, Texas. Marty's life will be celebrated warmly, as she brought light and love to everyone she met. A private interment will take place at a later date.

  The family gratefully declines any floral arrangements or donations.
