M. W. Hamilton passed from this life in a local nursing facility on December 31, 2020. Known by her middle name, Wynelle, she was born in Weatherford, Texas, May 14, 1930. She had a long career in the jewelry retail business.
Wynelle was preceded in death by her parents, Young and Lois Patterson; husband, James Hawpe; daughter, Linda Hawpe; and great granddaughter, Bethany Fleming.
Survivors include daughters, Janice Smith and Debbie Wagner; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Graveside service is at 1:00 p.m., Thursday. Service will be family only due to the pandemic. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to The Alzheimer’s Association.
