Marion Estelle Bowman

Marion Estelle Sherman Bowman was born April 30, 1963, in Albany, New York to Dan and Wanda Sherman. After moving to Peaster, Texas, she met Louis Bowman and they married and had two children, Christopher and Casey. But the love of her life was grandson, Jameson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Joyce Sherman; and brother, Danny Hussong.

Marion is survived by husband, Louis Bowman; son, Christopher Bowman; daughter and son-in-law, Casey and Woody Wood; grandson, Jameson Wood; soon to be granddaughter, Stella Gene Wood; and bonus daughter, Stacy (Garrett) Sampley; brother, Larry (Jennifer) Sherman; sisters, Wanda (Ernie) Moses and Samantha Sherman; sister-in-law, Pam (Bill) Riehle; brothers-in-law, Dale Bowman and Cliff Bowman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 18, 2023, at Bethel Cemetery, in Weatherford, Texas.

Visitation with the family is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17, 2023, in the stateroom at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
