Margery Tankersley

  Margery Tankersley, 68, a home day-care owner and operator, died Sunday, November 12, 2006, in Weatherford.

  Funeral service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial: Central Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday.

  Mrs. Tankersley was born June 10, 1938, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Aubrey Grant and Fannie Wright Campbell. She married Horace Cecil Tankersley November 19, 1966. Mrs. Tankersley was a Baptist and a member of the Eastern Star chapter 274 in Brock. 

  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Alene Adcox. 

  Mrs. Tankersley is survived by her husband, Cecil Tankersley; sisters, Sandra Boucher and Shirley Hartley and husband, Charles; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
