Maddox James Gargis

  It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maddox James Gargis, who left this world on December 21, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the tender age of ten months. Born on January 24, 2025, in Fort Worth, Maddox brought joy to all who knew him.

  He is survived by his father, William Trey Gargis, and his mother, Lauren McCaslin Gargis, both of Weatherford, Texas. His loving legacy is further carried on by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Lanette McCaslin, as well as his paternal grandparents, Jeff and Amy Gargis.

  A memorial service to honor Maddox’s life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel in Willow Park, Texas. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. followed by a time of visitation providing a space for friends and family to remember him and celebrate the love that he brought into their lives.
