Lorene Hawkins, 92, of Fort Worth, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in a Weatherford nursing home. Lorene was born May 22, 1919, in Groesbeck, Texas, to Nathaniel and Mary Frierson. She was an LVN and a Baptist, she loved reading, crossword puzzles and word search, watching TV and being at the Senior Center.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Promise Land Family Church.
