LaWanda Hunter Towles

  LaWanda Hunter Towles, 61, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020. She was born January 7, 1958 in Odessa, Texas, to B.L. and Mabel Cazee Hunter. LaWanda was an accomplished seamstress and a huge animal lover. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

  LaWanda is survived by her sons, Jeremy Towles and wife, Kristi, and Justin Towles; grandchildren, Peyton, Evan, Tatum, Jenna, Justin Jr., Alissa, and Hailey; brother, DuWayne Hunter and wife, Julia; sister, Karen Perry; nephews, Jason and Dusty, as well as many other extended family members and friends.

  A service will be held at a later date.
