Larry Joe Wood, Jr.

  Larry Joe Wood, Jr., 35, of Weatherford, went to be with the Lord, Friday, September 8, 2006. 

  He is survived by his parents, Larry and Mary Wood of Weatherford; his daughter and son, Harmony Brooke Wood and Jordan Hunter Wood; their mother, Lana Wood, all of Mineral Wells; his sister and brother-in-law, Jana and Paul Eric Barnes, and their daughters, Amber and Ashley, of Fort Worth; and his grandmothers, Juanita Wood and Billie Murrell, both of Weatherford. He is also survived by “special” aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

  Jr. was preceded in death by his granddads, C.A. Wood and Randall Murrell; by his aunt, Glenna Wood Crawford; and cousin, Lindsay Lawrence. 

  Visitation with the family will be Tuesday evening, September 12, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. 

  The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory and honor of their dad, JR. Wood, to his children’s school, Weatherford Christian School and or Couts Christian Academy, or to the Building fund for their Church, Benbrook Christian Fellowship.
