Lanette Bair

  Wanda Lanette Bair, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on December 5, 1944, in Weatherford, Texas, Lanette dedicated her life to her faith, her family, and her career as a bank teller in the finance industry. 

  Lanette was known for her unwavering devotion to her children, pouring her heart and soul into raising them and cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her spirit and love for her family were immeasurable. 

  Lanette carried with her a lifetime of experiences that enriched her relationships and community. She was an active member of South Main Church of Christ, where she participated in the church choir and sang beautifully each month at Spring Creek. Her passion for music resonated deeply with those around her, and she brightened many lives through her talent and enthusiasm. 

  Lanette was preceded in death by her father, Opal Edward Clark; her mother, Opal Revell (May) Clark; the father of her children, James Bair; and her son-in-law, Dale Jenot. 

  Lanette is survived by her daughters, Cindy Jenot and Deanna “Dede” Cobb (husband, Chris); grandchildren, Dustin Colby Jenot, Colton Vaughn Jenot (wife, Hannah), Cody Lane Cobb, and Cheyenne Nicole Cobb; and great-granddaughter, Hattie Grace Jenot. 

  Lanette’s memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086. 

  Lanette will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
