Kathryn E. Warren, 56, of Springtown, died Saturday, January 12, 2008. Kathy was born November 6, 1951 in Freeport, Texas, she was store manager for J.C. Penney at Heartland Mall in Early, Texas. Kathy served J.C. Penney’s faithfully for 31 years. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and was a loving cherished friend. Her motto was always “If you are good to people, they will be good to you.”
She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Harrington.
She is survived by: husband, Garland Warren of Springtown; sons, Keith Warren and wife, Carol Ann of Springtown and Eric Warren and wife, Sonya of Springtown; sister, Cindy Richards of North Carolina; brothers, Bobby Harrington and wife, Wanda of Springtown and Todd Harrington of Nocona, Texas; and grandchildren, C.J., Kennedy, Sam, and Keller Warren.
Funeral service 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2007, at North Side Baptist Church. Interment in Springtown Cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested memorials to North Side Baptist Church Cancer Support Group (Relay for Life).
