Karen Ruth Cox

  Karen Cox, age 56, of Brock, died early Monday morning, June 16, 2008, at her residence. Born October 23, 1951, in Fort Worth, Texas, a resident of Parker County for several years. She was a Registered Nurse and employed by Southern Healthcare Hospice in Fort Worth. 

  Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother a great nurse and a member of the Grace Baptist Church. 

  Survivors: husband, Mike Cox of Brock; son, Kevin Ray Underhill of McKinney; step daughter, Kerry Johnson of Weatherford; step sons, Dallas Cox and Wyatt Cox, both of Weatherford; brother, Kenneth Moore of Everman; and two grandchildren, Luke and Emma Underhill. 

  Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2008, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Cox officiating. Interment will be in the Annetta Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
