Judith "Judy" Elaine Duncan

Judith Elaine Bosher Duncan, 67, of Weatherford, Texas went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 04, 2016. She was born April 15, 1949, in Weatherford, to Raymond and Rubera Vandagriff Bosher. Judy was raised in Duncanville, Texas, and graduated from Duncanville High School in 1967. After graduation, Judy attended Dallas Baptist College. She married Joe Thomas Duncan, Jr. on November 27, 1971, in Duncanville. She cherished her role as wife to Joe for nearly 45 years and as mother to three wonderful kids. The Duncan family relocated to Weatherford in 1991. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Rubera Bosher and her in-laws, Joe and Imogene Duncan, Sr.
Judy is survived by her husband, Joe Duncan, Jr.; daughter, Susan Duncan of Fort Worth, daughter, Sandra Cooper and husband Brent of Lewisville; son, Thomas Duncan of Weatherford; and brother, Gerald Bosher and wife Connie. She also leaves behind beloved family and friends.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service. Funeral services will be held 3:30 pm, Tuesday, November 8 at Friendship Baptist Church, 801 Friendship Road, Weatherford, TX. Interment will follow at East Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Friendship Baptist Church’s Food Bank where Judy faithfully served.
