Joyce Selina Stout

  Joyce Selina Stout, 75 of Weatherford, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 4, 2015. Joyce was born on March 2, 1940, and lived her life as a member of The Fraternal Order of Elks, a restaurant manager, homemaker, an Air Force wife, a mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother. She loved to dance, enjoyed karaoke and watching western movies.

  Mrs. Stout is survived by her husband, Jack Amos Stout, Jr.; daughters, Lesley Jordan of Longview, and husband, Joe, Beverley Murray of Ft Worth, and husband, Kevin, Maija Thurston of Weatherford, and her friend, Andrew Allen. Joyce also has a sister, Melba Bibby in her hometown of Sawston, England. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

  Joyce was preceded in death by her mother and father, Fred and Dorothy Whitby, and sisters, Gwen Murray, Margaret Johnson, and Diane Hart.

  Visitation at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel; interment at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2015, Lytton Springs Cemetery, in Dale, Texas.
